• Opened or used Ayurvedic medicines
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• In case of stock unavailability, a full refund or replacement option will be offered.

5. Shipping Charges

In case of valid returns (damaged, wrong, or expired items), we will bear the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
